THE ISLANDS OF TAHITI: INTEGRATED
Mana is a mythical and essential concept within the Tahitian culture, a life force, and spirit that surrounds and connects all living things. We fully leveraged it to create desire for The Islands of Tahiti.
Introducing the concept of Mana into communications added cultural authenticity which is highly desired by today’s affluent travelers. This, combined with the beauty and iconic experiences found only on The Islands of Tahiti, effectively conveys the duality of the destination and is key to the brand’s success.
Growth in arrivals is up 17.6% in 2019 YoY – the strongest since 2001.
Extended from the campaign, our interactive website drew travelers in and allowed them to explore the many ways to feel Mana. It opened with visually stunning video utilizing traditional Tahitian music and voiceover. Further down, Mana is defined and introduces the Embraced By Mana campaign along with four short videos. Just below, travelers dove deeper into the islands through a responsive map which changes the copy, photos activities based on the selected archipelago or island. The site ended with a plethora of activities that take place across all the islands.

The Creators Series partnered with creators, artists and musicians to celebrate creativity and personal style. This digital campaign is spotlighted on the Solo New York website and is accompanied with email blasts and instagram contests.
